This position is a Marketing Analyst role in Global Commercial Services (GCS) Canada. This business-to-business marketing role helps to manage key product marketing initiatives on the Customer Experience team, which targets both Small Business and Corporate customers. This portfolio focuses on driving customer satisfaction measured by the Net Promoter Score (NPS) through various strategies. This role will focus on working closely with the Product Management team on owning the go-to-market strategy for the product roadmap to drive engagement and customer value.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop the go-to-market strategies in partnership with the product team to announce new launches as well as reinforce existing product benefits
Lead multi-channel end-to-end marketing campaigns from creative execution, internal stakeholder approvals, campaign deployment and post-campaign analysis
Manage relationships with key internal partners (including both local and global teams) and external partners (including vendors and creative agencies)
Contribute to business unit review and marketing plans, as well as recommend and implement resulting actions
Support the execution of all plans within budget, timeframes and established business objectives
University degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and business experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing – B2B marketing is an asset
Proven ability to take initiative, champion a project from conception through to implementation and post-campaign analysis
Strong relationship management, influencing and collaboration skills with both internal and external partners
Strategic thinker who can create compelling customer marketing plans
Strong oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on presentations and marketing copy for both internal and external contacts
Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail
