supervise two full time drivers and one part- time driver, who pick up and deliver clothes and other cleaning items to retail and commercial accounts and our stores.
Using our pre- existing program, assign route number and stop number for each pick- up. Retail deliveries are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday,
Review all completed route orders in our cleaning facility to ensure completeness of orders and quality of workmanship.
Handle some customer correspondence.
Retention calls by telephone and customer acquisition for using our free home delivery service.
Ability to fill in for drivers during their absences and make emergency deliveries in the case of missed pick- ups and/ or deliveries.
Be capable of working on the front counter in any of our retail stores and be capable of training new employees on our systems.
Customer Service experience is essential
Neat and professional appearance and command of the English language.
Physically able to lift 20 pounds and must be able to stand/ walk for 8 hours per day while repeatedly getting in/ out of a van.
Good driving record with a valid driver's licence, and ownership of a car.
Willing to adjust working hours, in a full- time job.
Face to face and/ or telephone customer service experience.
